the king room was spacious. free tea and coffee were available in the lounge area 24/7, i appreciated that. the location was quiet! but still near the city center. the staff were very helpful with directions.
The coffee machine in the lobby was not available until 8 am. This was a very minor inconvenience.

the hotel is near many shops, pubs, and restaurants. the walk to the city center takes approximately 20 minutes, and the neighborhood safety was good and quiet here.

the room included a hairdryer and safe. the bed was very comfortable, a detail i greatly appreciated after long days exploring. the bathroom was clean with nice fixtures.

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby restaurants.
The room was smaller than expected. It did not match the photos shown online. the lack of proper sound insulation was a problem. Noise from what sounded like the laundry room above disrupted sleep early in the morning. I found it unacceptable for the price paid for the room.

the room had shower gel shampoo and lotion available i found the location close to local pubs and coffee shops it was walkable to many main attractions i found the coffee and tea station in the lobby nice to have
sound isolation from the other bedrooms could improve it seemed the other person was inside our bedroom
